Udta Teer Ban in Nepal: Ayushmann Khurrana और Sara Ali Khan की Film पर Screening Ban
Bollywood की upcoming spy-comedy film Udta Teer को लेकर एक महत्वपूर्ण international development सामने आया है। Nepal के Central Film Censor Board ने film को public screening की अनुमति नहीं दी है। यह फैसला film की scheduled theatrical release से कुछ दिन पहले सामने आया।
The Economic Times की 20 October 2026 की report के मुताबिक, Nepal के Ministry of Communications and Information Technology ने distributor National Cine Group Nepal को एक letter भेजकर screening permission deny किए जाने की जानकारी दी। Film भारत में 23 October 2026 को release होने के लिए scheduled है.
Nepal में Udta Teer पर Ban क्यों लगा?
The Economic Times के अनुसार, Nepal के Central Film Censor Board ने film के submitted material की समीक्षा की और उसे वहां के cinema law के तहत public exhibition के लिए unsuitable माना।
Ministry द्वारा भेजे गए letter में Nepal के National Cinema (Production, Exhibition and Distribution) Act, 2026 की Section 8(3) का उल्लेख किया गया है।
हालांकि, authorities ने किसी specific scene या dialogue को ban का कारण नहीं बताया है.
कुछ reports में film के India-Pakistan relations पर आधारित satirical treatment को संभावित वजह बताया गया है, लेकिन यह official confirmation नहीं है।
इसलिए यह कहना सही नहीं होगा कि ban किसी particular dialogue, scene या political reference के कारण ही लगाया गया है।
Udta Teer की Story क्या है?
Film में Ayushmann Khurrana Bilal नाम के character की भूमिका निभाते हैं।
Bilal एक Pakistani operative है जो एक explosion के बाद memory loss का शिकार हो जाता है। जब उसे होश आता है, तो उसे अपनी असली identity याद नहीं रहती।
इसके बाद Sara Ali Khan का character उसे एक Indian counter-terrorism officer होने का विश्वास दिलाता है।
Bilal अपनी नई identity को सच मानने लगता है और Pakistani spy networks के खिलाफ काम करने लगता है। इस unusual situation से film में espionage, mistaken identity और political satire के elements पैदा होते हैं.
Spy Comedy और Political Satire का Combination
Udta Teer का trailer इसे conventional serious spy thriller के बजाय comedy-driven action entertainer के रूप में present करता है।
Film में memory loss के कारण पैदा होने वाली confusion, identity बदलने की situation और cross-border espionage कहानी के प्रमुख elements हैं।

Film को Aakash Kaushik ने direct किया है। यह उनका feature-film directorial debut है।
Project को Dharma Productions और Sikhya Entertainment से जुड़े producers ने support किया है.
Cast में Ayushmann Khurrana और Sara Ali Khan के अलावा Rahul Bose, Ram Kapoor, Suhail Nayyar, Gulshan Grover और अन्य कलाकार शामिल हैं।
क्या भारत में Udta Teer की Release पर असर पड़ेगा?
अभी तक उपलब्ध reporting के मुताबिक, Nepal में public screening की अनुमति नहीं मिलने के बावजूद India की theatrical release date 23 October ही बताई गई है।
इसलिए Nepal में लगी रोक को भारत में भी film ban होने के रूप में report नहीं करना चाहिए।
दोनों देशों के censorship decisions अलग regulatory processes के तहत लिए जाते हैं।
अगर Indian release schedule में कोई बदलाव होता है, तो makers या distributors की official announcement के आधार पर ही जानकारी update की जानी चाहिए.
