Salman Khan ने Dubai में मचाई धूम, अब Chandigarh में उनके नाम पर बन सकता है High-Rise Project
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan इन दिनों लगातार headlines में बने हुए हैं। पहले Dubai में उनके Kenz De Rasasi fragrance launch में पहुंचने पर भारी fan turnout देखने को मिला और अब Chandigarh में Salman Khan के नाम पर एक बड़े residential high-rise project की reports सामने आई हैं। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक इस proposed development के लिए SK Towers, The Salman Towers और Salman Khan Towers जैसे नाम register किए गए हैं। हालांकि, project का final name, Salman Khan की exact involvement और बाकी details की अभी official confirmation नहीं हुई है।
यह खबर ऐसे समय सामने आई है जब Salman Khan की upcoming film Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace भी लगातार चर्चा में है। यानी Bollywood के साथ-साथ actor की brand value और commercial presence भी एक बार फिर spotlight में है।
Dubai में Salman Khan को देखने उमड़ी भारी भीड़
6 October को Salman Khan Beautyworld Middle East 2026 के दौरान Dubai World Trade Centre पहुंचे, जहां उन्होंने Dubai-based fragrance company Rasasi के नए brand Kenz De Rasasi के official launch में chief guest के तौर पर हिस्सा लिया।
Kenz De Rasasi, Rasasi Perfumes की heritage को एक नए और younger international audience तक पहुंचाने वाला fragrance house है। Brand ने Beautyworld Middle East में आठ fragrance collections showcase कीं।
Salman Khan की appearance को लेकर Dubai में पहले से ही काफी excitement थी। Gulf News की report के मुताबिक, actor के आने से पहले ही Dubai World Trade Centre के आसपास fans की बड़ी भीड़ जमा हो गई थी। Salman बाद में पहुंचे और launch में brief appearance के बाद वहां से चले गए।
इससे एक बार फिर साफ हुआ कि Salman Khan की UAE में strong fan following आज भी कायम है। Beautyworld जैसे industry-focused event में भी उनका appearance कुछ ही समय में fan gathering में बदल गया।
Chandigarh में Salman Khan Towers की चर्चा
Dubai appearance के तुरंत बाद Salman Khan से जुड़ी एक और बड़ी खबर सामने आई। Reports के मुताबिक, Chandigarh में एक proposed luxury residential high-rise project का नाम Salman Khan से inspired हो सकता है।
Free Press Journal और Moneycontrol की reports के अनुसार, project से जुड़े तीन नाम reportedly register किए गए हैं:
- SK Towers
- The Salman Towers
- Salman Khan Towers
Reports में यह भी कहा गया है कि project एक सामान्य residential tower से बड़ा हो सकता है और इसमें modern amenities के साथ township या satellite-town जैसी planning हो सकती है। Development में एक local और एक overseas real-estate company के शामिल होने की बात भी सामने आई है।
हालांकि, यहां सबसे जरूरी बात यह है कि यह project अभी reports के स्तर पर है। Final name और Salman Khan की formal association को लेकर official announcement का इंतजार है।
Salman Khan के नाम पर project क्यों है बड़ी खबर?
अगर यह development officially Salman Khan के नाम से launch होता है, तो यह actor की enormous brand value का एक interesting example होगा।
Bollywood में celebrities का real estate projects, restaurants, fashion brands और luxury products से जुड़ना नया नहीं है। लेकिन किसी major residential development को सीधे किसी Bollywood superstar के नाम से position करना comparatively unusual development माना जा रहा है।
Reports में project को Chandigarh region से जोड़ा गया है। इसी वजह से Salman Khan Towers, Chandigarh real estate और Salman Khan latest news जैसे topics entertainment और lifestyle audiences के बीच interest पैदा कर रहे हैं।
फिलहाल यह भी clear नहीं है कि Salman खुद project के owner, investor, brand partner या केवल naming association का हिस्सा होंगे। इसलिए इन possibilities को official confirmation के बिना fact के रूप में पेश करना सही नहीं होगा।
Galaxy Apartments से Chandigarh तक चर्चा

लेकिन Chandigarh project की खबर का मतलब यह नहीं है कि Salman Mumbai छोड़ने वाले हैं। ऐसी कोई official information सामने नहीं आई है।
इसलिए Salman Khan Towers को actor का नया personal residence समझना फिलहाल सही नहीं होगा। यह proposed real-estate development है और इसकी nature तथा Salman की involvement की पुष्टि announcement के बाद ही हो पाएगी।
Maatrubhumi को लेकर भी Salman Khan चर्चा में
Salman Khan के work front की बात करें तो उनकी अगली बड़ी film Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace है। फिल्म को Apoorva Lakhia direct कर रहे हैं और इसमें Salman Khan के साथ Chitrangda Singh नजर आएंगी।
Film पहले Battle of Galwan title से चर्चा में आई थी और बाद में इसका नाम Maatrubhumi किया गया। Project 2020 Galwan Valley clash से inspired बताया गया है।
हाल ही में film को Ministry of Information and Broadcasting से NOC मिलने की reports आई थीं, लेकिन अब latest report में कहा गया है कि film का final cut अभी lock नहीं हुआ है और CBFC certification के लिए final version submit होना बाकी है।
इसका मतलब है कि Maatrubhumi की exact theatrical release date अभी officially confirmed नहीं मानी जानी चाहिए।
Salman Khan की अगली फिल्मों पर भी नजर
Maatrubhumi के अलावा Salman Khan director Vamshi Paidipally के साथ एक untitled project पर भी काम कर रहे हैं। इस film को reportedly Dil Raju produce कर रहे हैं और इसमें Nayanthara के साथ उनकी pairing की चर्चा है। Project को 2027 release window से जोड़ा जा रहा है, हालांकि final details में बदलाव संभव हैं।
इससे Salman Khan के लिए आने वाला phase काफी busy दिखाई देता है—एक तरफ Maatrubhumi, दूसरी तरफ Vamshi Paidipally project और अब Dubai fragrance launch तथा reported Chandigarh real-estate association जैसी commercial headlines।
